The Ponderosa Pines Property Owners Association was established on July 9, 1970 to oversee the development and progress of the area's neighborhood, roads/commons and mailboxes.
Our home owners association consists of approximately 490 properties and is governed by a seven member board of Ponderosa Pines residents. Some of the residents are full time, some are vacation homeowners. Water is provided by the Ponderosa Pines Water Company.
Our development has been recognized by the Firewise Communities/USA® Recognition Program since 2013.

The Ponderosa Pines community is located
approximately 37 miles southwest of Bend, Oregon and nestled in the beauty of Ponderosa Pines.
It is close to Mt. Bachelor, and a multitude of pristine mountain lakes and rivers. Outdoor recreation is abundant for those who enjoy the great outdoors.

Mailbox Center
All property owners have a mailbox. Please contact the PPPOA Secretary to learn more.
For lost mailbox keys, change mailbox keys, etc., contact the La Pine Post office at 541-536-7452.
There are several ways to participate in our community. Some projects are done by committee and others are more informal with neighbors helping neighbors.
Monthly Meetings
The Ponderosa Pines Property Owners Association holds monthly meetings and an annual members meeting/picnic in July. The meetings are open to the all property owners.

It is the vision of Ponderosa Pines Property Owners' Association that we provide a safe and secure neighborhood that meets the needs of our current and future population.
Our goal is to create and to actualize a plan and a vision which sets the foundation for the future of our community.
We intend to support that vision through fiduciary responsibility, open and honest communication, and integrity.
